Passport to Clinical Teaching

We know that many new hospitalists are passionate about medical education. Our Passport to Clinical Teaching Program was designed specifically with early career hospitalists in mind, aiming to create a dedicated faculty development program to cultivate and nurture this interest and set you up for success. By participating in the Passport, you have the unique opportunity to be observed and coached in experiences that provide specific and direct feedback about your clinical teaching skills. Experienced senior hospitalists provide guidance and mentorship in getting involved in medical education, and work closely with you over your first 2 years as a hospitalist to ensure that your participation is aligned with your career goals.
